1. Does NPS provide advice?

No. NPS does not hold an AFSL, and its employees are not Authorised Representatives. It is the responsibility of the Adviser providing the advice to ensure that the SoA is consistent with all their obligations relating to Licensee Guidelines, the Corporations Act and any other relevant legislation.

2. How long are standard turnaround times?

NPS aims to return draft advice documents within 5 business days, though 10 business days may be applicable depending on demand. We will work with you to develop an ongoing relationship which allows you to consistently meet your client’s expectations.
